Welcome to the very first print collection released by Run Rabbit Run, reflecting the first style of art I experimented with, featuring bright colours, floral themes and inspiring words.

In 2014, (10 years this year!) I was a regular 22-year-old, fresh out of university with a Primary Education degree. 6 months into teaching, I was struck with unusual pain and fatigue, and my regular life went downhill fast. The trivialities of youth were replaced with physical pain, tests, and a lot of frustration. 8 years later, I was finally given these labels: Lupus (SLE), Fibromyalgia and Psoriatic Arthritis.

I found myself with time to fill as I rested, so I began to experiment with what my body could handle. Drawing. Painting. Creating.

I was raised in a home which valued creativity in all its forms and encouraged me to try. Mistakes didn’t exist, you were simply learning.

So, I practiced.

I began sharing my journey online and to my surprise other people liked what I created. Not only that, but they asked me to create pieces for them, and their loved ones. What an absolute privilege!

There have been many hurdles as I have navigated life with chronic illness - emotional, social and physical. Some days I cannot get out of bed. But you’ll never find a sketchbook too far from my hands. As of 2024, I found myself free to choose and pursue what I love, what brings me joy and what helps me heal during difficult times. I create art to inspire, to make you smile and to brighten up a dreary day.

All orders are shipped via the Australia Post network.

Once the print is received from the printer, we aim to have your orders posted within 2-5 business days. If delays occur, you will be contacted via the email address provided at the checkout.

We offer both tracked and untracked shipping to keep costs as low as possible for you. As most products are flat and light, we can post prints as tracked letters.

Prints and artworks A3 size and under are packed in rigid cardboard envelopes to ensure minimal bending.

Postage costs alternative frequently, and these guides were current as of May 2024.
